My creative work is a constant struggle to translate the
power of line, color, dark and light into a strong composition
of shape and form. I think all creative work of consequence
is involved in this struggle. The dynamic that evolves from
this endeavor is always obvious – always apparent. The end
product of this labor, on whatever format – paper, pedestal
or canvas, is the living imprint or image left by the artist.
